Tara & Nimesh
A festival of traditions
In the many years that we have been photographing weddings, we have really experienced a lot... One of the most unforgettable days for us was the wedding of Tara and Nimesh. Originally we were booked for their traditional Bavarian civil wedding in front of the Pater Rupert Mayer Chapel in Obergrainet. During our video call to coordinate the course of the wedding, Tara and Nimesh also gave us details about the Indian ceremony, which was to take place in the Hare Krishna temple in Jandelsbrunn a few hours before the civil ceremony. At the end of the video call, we were delighted to be invited to the Indian wedding ceremony - but we still can't put into words what awaited us at the Krishna temple.
The warmth with which we were welcomed there, the wonderfully moving rituals, the meditative music, the breathtakingly beautiful bridal couple and the colorfully dressed guests opened up a world of cultural diversity that had previously been hidden from us.
We are all the more proud to be able to share a few pictures of this special day with you today! Still filled with deep gratitude for this moving experience, we wish Tara and Nimesh all the best and love on their journey as a couple!
